Why, Mickey D's of course!
Currently you can get toys promoting LEGO Batman: The Videogame with your happy meal. But only if you are a boy. Else you may get a Wizard of Oz doll in your box instead. There are eight different toys in all and each has a code that will unlock a cool feature in the game.
On a related note, earlier this year Steve Easterbrook, the chief executive of McDonald’s UK, told The Times that one of the main causes of obesity is "kids are sat home playing computer games on the TV when in the past they’d have been burning off energy outside.” So I guess the company decided to use one unhealthy activity (playing video games) to help sell another (gorging on burgers and fries). I have no problem with this particular tie-in because it helps promote comic characters. And if gets at least one kid to read a comic (yet another non-physical activity) then it is worth millions of obese kids.
I'm lovin' it!
